Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
All “no shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. For a scheduled treatment using your gift card/certificate or monthly accrued member credit, it will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment.
